My name is Dave, and I am the owner of New Beginnings Fitness, I am a Certified fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach that I received from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. It’s never too late to starts your fitness journey.
I didn’t pick up my first weight until I was 48. I offer a combination of private one on one training in the privacy of my home gym, along with tailored workouts for you to do at home. I also have nutritional coaching available at no extra cost for anyone that signs up for the package deals.
I believe for any workout to be successful, you need consistency. I will set up small obtainable goals with you and help you build daily habits that will help you become consistent.
After 50 (and in some cases as early as 30) we starts to lose muscle mass at a rate of 1-2% a year, or up to 30% loss by the time we are 70 years old.
